I am the Global Self Directed Healing Practitioner Trainer, a Life Coach, and a Grief and Trauma Expert, and I was recently honoured with the 2023 Australian Women’s Small Business Champion Award in the Alternative Therapy Category. As the Founder of Creating Change, my mission is to unlock our human potential, transform mindsets, and support individuals in living their ultimate lives while achieving the success and results they desire.
I conduct workplace psychosocial wellbeing workshops, and I also work one-on-one with clients. I attract high achievers and leaders who are ready to ‘level up,’ as well as individuals embarking on a journey to heal their deepest emotional wounds, grief, and trauma.

Moreover, reflecting my commitment to providing a quality customer experience, I am proud to be a 2023 Australian Small Business Finalist in the Personal Counselling Category. This builds on my 2022 recognition as an Australian Women’s Small Business Champion Finalist. My excellence extends beyond awards; I have been honoured by the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI) for my exceptional work in Leadership Development and received an Excellence Award for my valuable contributions to Local Government.
