All purchases are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, reject, or cancel any order where necessary.
If we cancel your purchase before delivery of the product or service has commenced, you will receive a refund equal to the amount paid.
7. Digital Access and Program Use
Access to digital products, online programs, learning portals, or downloadable resources is provided once payment has been successfully processed. Access duration varies depending on the program purchased and will be outlined on the relevant program sales page or product description.
You agree that you will not share, distribute, reproduce, copy, sell, or provide access to any of our digital products, program materials, videos, downloads, or login credentials to any other person.
Unauthorised sharing or distribution may result in immediate termination of access without refund.
Additionally, All content on this Site, including text, images, videos, workbooks, and other materials, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
8. Client Responsibilities and Acknowledgements
By purchasing or participating in any coaching, healing, mentoring, education, or training services, you acknowledge and agree that:
- you are fully responsible for your own results and personal decisions
- coaching, mentoring, healing and education are not substitutes for professional financial, legal, medical, or psychological advice
- results are not guaranteed and will vary based on your personal circumstances, effort, and implementation
- you are solely responsible for any actions you take during or after participation in our services
9. Payments
We accept payment via:
- Credit card (processed via Stripe)
- Debit card (processed via Stripe)
- Bank transfer (including via Wise)
- Direct debit (recurring payments authorised by you)
By providing payment details, you authorise us to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method.
If we believe a transaction is fraudulent or in breach of these Terms, we reserve the right to cancel or reverse the transaction.
10. Refund Policy and 30-Day Guarantee
10.1 30-Day Transformation Guarantee (Programs and Packages)
We genuinely want you to experience meaningful change through our programs and services.
If you have enrolled in an online program, group program, or coaching package and, within 30 days of purchase, you have actively participated (including completing lessons, attending scheduled sessions where applicable, and using the resources provided) and you honestly feel that nothing has shifted – no new awareness, no new tools being applied, and no meaningful change in how you are showing up – you may email us to request a refund.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days of purchase.
10.2 No Refund for Delivered Services
The above guarantee does not apply to any services that have already been delivered.
No refunds will be provided for:
- completed or attended 1:1 sessions
- attended workshops, seminars, or live events
- any services already delivered in full or in part
Where a refund is approved, it will apply only to the unused portion of the service or program.
11. Consumer Protection (Australian Consumer Law)
Where the Australian Consumer Law (“ACL”) or any other consumer protection legislation applies and cannot be excluded, these Terms do not limit your legal rights and remedies under that legislation.
If there is a conflict between these Terms and the ACL, the mandatory provisions of the ACL will apply.
12. Health and Mental Health Disclaimer
Creating Change Network (ABN 30 212 423 237), also trading as Christy Roberts Coaching, provides coaching, education, and complementary healing services designed to support personal development, emotional wellbeing, and self-awareness.
Our services are not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, or psychological diagnosis or treatment. We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition.
If you are currently under the care of a medical practitioner or mental health professional, we encourage you to continue that support while engaging in our services. You are responsible for your own wellbeing and decisions during and after participation in any coaching, healing, or educational program.
Participation is voluntary and undertaken at your own discretion.
If you are in immediate crisis or at risk of harm to yourself or others, contact emergency services immediately.
13. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and treat personal information shared with us during coaching, programs, and services as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or where there is a serious risk of harm.
